Vows of Membership:

 

1. Do you acknowledge yourselves to be sinners in the sight of God, justly deserving His displeasure, and without hope save in His sovereign mercy?

2. Do you believe in the Lord Jesus Christ as the Son of God, and Savior of sinners, and do you receive and rest upon Him alone for salvation as He is offered in the Gospel?

3. Do you now resolve and promise, in humble reliance upon the grace of the Holy Spirit, that you will endeavor to live as becomes the followers of Christ?

4. Do you promise to support the Church in its worship and work to the best of your ability?

5. Do you submit yourselves to the government and discipline of the Church, and promise to study its purity and peace?

 

How to join our church

 

Talk to Pastor or Elder - All those who wish to join our church need only let an elder or pastor know of your desire to join.

 

Personal Meeting - One of our pastors and an elder will schedule a meeting with you where they will take time to hear your personal testimony of how you first came to know Christ and how you have seen God working in your life. They will also explain to you the vows that each member takes upon joining and their meaning.

 

Meet with the Session - Following this meeting you will meet formally with the session where you will share a brief version of your conversion and walk with Christ and allow the group to ask questions. You will then be asked the vows of membership. With the approval of this group, you are accepted into membership.
